EXHIBITOR DISCLAIMER NOTICE/INDEMNITY The Organiser/Host, its agent/s and/or its employee/s shall not be liable for, any claims of whatever nature against the Exhibitor/Stall Holder including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Organiser/Host, arising from the Exhibitor/Stall Holders, activities, default, negligence or otherwise. Exhibitors/Stall Holders MUST hold current Insurances as stated on the Registration and Entry Forms
